Dear Joan, I'm not sure if I have replied to your message yet but here it goes. My great-grandfather's name was Daniel DuShane. Daniel's son Bill (my grandpa) was from Oklahoma. From what I'm told, my grandpa is from the Eastern Shawnee, Wyandotte, Seneca tribes. I am also told Daniel may be of French descent. I would like to know more about your Daniel.

Thank you.
