I started out researching Willliam Reid "Robinson" (my ggg-grandfather). The only information I had about him going backwards was that he was from New Castle, PA, his year of birth and a hand-written note passed down through several generations that said his mother's name was Hannah Dushane. I searched for a week and couldn't find anything until I finally did a search for "Robison" and found Andrew and Hannah Robison in the 1850 Census for New Castle, PA along with William age 10 (the correct age that I had). I then found the same website that you mentioned and found the connection between Jesse Dushane and Andrew Robison/Robinson as in-laws. Is your husband from that same line of Robisons? If so, do you have any information about Andrew?

Sure.... I would be interested in Jesse's obituary!
