Howdy Karen and Jan,

I am also descended from Woodson Clements and Kesiah Duskins through John Calvin Clements and Cynthia Utley. My information about them is about the same as what both of you have. My information comes from another relative of this family who did research in 1985.

I have (through my other relative) the parents of Woodson Clements was William Clements and Elizabeth Daniels, m. March 15, 1779. The parents of William Clements were Peyton Clements and Elizabeth ? married 1736. I do not know where this information comes from, but perhaps it is a good direction for follow-up.

Karen, I am interested in your information regarding William Washington Clements and his descendants since John Calvin was the only child I have so far.

Jan, I am interested in the children of John Calvin Clements since I have Woodson Clements as the only child so far.

As far as Duskin, I have found a Michael Duskin on the Wake County, NC Federal Census in 1800. Relationship to Kesiah is not known, but there are 2 families of Clements on the previous page that same year...

Thanks for posting!
Audra Morris
