Dussault Spelling and variations
I have many reletives that come from upstate New York and their last name is Desso.Verbal family history has been passed down that it originally was Deso, Desseau, and even Dussault. They all sound similar in French. Has anyone ever seen this spelling (Desso) and is it infact a form of Dussault?
Any help would be huge!I'm stuck at about the mid-1800's with a spelling of Deso. The relitives are a David Deso and a Laura Henry.
Thanks!
