Hi there,
A distant cousin atlast. My grandfather was thomas Dutch MILNE son of John Milne b1853 and Mary DUTCH b 1853 at Hillside, Montrose, the daughter of Thomas DUTCH and Catherine LEES.
Thomas Dutch MILNE was a marine engineer and sailed to New Zealand on the Mercedes a ship he worked on in the Newcastle ship yards. He arrived in 1904.
So you have "rellies" in NZ just across the ditch!
I have heaps of info about the DUTCH & Milne families. Census trecords certificates and Parish Records back to the Cruden Parish around the 1700s.
So please contact me I will be very pleased to hear from you.
