Gordon- I have all the early Dutch and Elwell info from the CD#194. I had printed out the Dutch line, from Osman,in error and would be glad to send it along to someone who can use it. Then I printed out what was available on the early Elwells. Grace and Samuel and there. Then I thought I'd see if I could find your Charles Sumner in the 1850 census for Maine. I was looking helplessly through all the Sumner names when the CD started it's usual irritating buzzing sound. In order to stop the noise I clicked on the first Sumner my mouse hit- what do you know- there in Belfast, Walso County under James and Harriet Sumner was a Charles - age 5. I figured- sure- what are the chances- then I saw next door a Elwell family. To further incourage me I saw on another query where you had stated that Charles was born in 1845- Bingo- looks good to me! Anyway- send me your land mail address to my e-mail and I'll mail out to you all the pages I have- Lynne A. Jones Georgetown, Maine indianpoint@clinic.net Notify Administrator about this message?
