My g-grandmother is Rose DUTCHER. She married George TURK.

They may have lived in the Catskill Mts., or Susquehanna County, PA.

Unfortunately, none of my family know's who Rose DUTCHER's family is, where they lived or when Rose was born. And the same holds true of George TURK. Although as a small child in the late 1950's I remember going to TURK family reunions in the Catskill Mts.

George & Rose (DUTCHER) TURK had 11-13 children and the children that I know are:
Orphie b. 1897, Mae Belle b. 1900, Grace, James, Mahlon, Blanche, Ella & Nan TURK.

My grandmother is Mae Belle TURK and she married Percy S. BERGMAN who was born in Susquehanna County, PA and is the son of Richard K. & Myrtle (surname unk.) BERGMAN.

I've been unsuccessful in finding George TURK or Rose DUTCHER or Rose TURK in the 1900 and 1910 census in NY and PA. So I'm running into some big brick walls.

I'd love to beable to connection my Rose DUTCHER with the correct DUTCHER family. Feel free to email me at
