Fortunately, there was an amazing response to my query, which enabled me to not only complete the lineage all the way back to the 1600's in the Netherlands, but to also discover the original spelling of the name "deDuyster". Although there isn't an immediate link, those included in your information could very well be related, since my deDuysters & Dutchers lived in both Ulster County and Dutchess County, NY before moving on to Canada. I'll definitely have to check it out. Also, Charles' mother turned out to be Alvira B. "McCall", not McCauley as indicated in the CADI.

Thanks!
