Charles, David, Mathew Dutcher

Hello, my name is Michael T. Smith, and my Mom's family are Dutchers. I'm wondering if anyone has information on a Mathew Dutcher, from the late 18th/early 19th century. He was the grandfather of both Charles B. and John B. Dutcher (among others), John B. Dutcher being a state senator in New York at one time. Charles B. is my ancestor, and Charles and John's father was named either David or Daniel Dutcher, married to an Amy Bowdish (if my information is correct). I've seen a number of sources that suggest that Mathew Dutcher was the name of the father of David/Daniel. I was wondering if anyone has info on Mathew's birth/death/parents, his wife's name, and also any children, including the actual name of the father of Charles and John. Thanks!
