My great grandmother was Rebekah DUTHIE, born 1837 Rathen, Abd, Sct.,died 1925 Tyrie, Scotland, daughter of John DUTHIE, herring curer, and Jean/Jane SIM. We believe Rebekah's siblings to be: Christian, William, John, Robert and Andrew. Rebekah married John Watt SCOTT in 1862, and of their children one, George, emigrated to McKay, Australia and two, John and Jane emigrated to Canada. John is my grandfather.
