Harry Bruce Duthie likely came from Aberdeen but the rest of the story is not corrrect in any way. I am not saying that there might be a bent penny over the years but by in large they were honourable people.
I have spent years trying to reason where we came from. I have recording everything for others to work further on. We may have left Flanders about 1500.
I will email you what I have done. Please give me your thoughts one you have digested it.
Fred (from Aberdeen, Scotland)
