Hi William,

I am also descended from James Duthie and Isabel Jaffrey through their son Robert (1705), his son Gilbert (1726), his son Andrew (1758), his daughter Mary (1796) who married Captain John Cargill (1802)(Pilot of the royal yacht in 1847. We have the letter of appreciation from the Admiralty.

I was born in Aberdeen and grew up in Elgin. Now live in Charleston, SC.

I will keep your info on file and contact you as and when new info becomes available. Would appreciate it if you did the same.

Good hunting!

Yours Aye,

Bill Levay
