For a start it was Archibald Duthie who married Mary Warden in 1814 and and not Alexander as you say. My Alexander Duthie was the son of James Duthie and Jean Kessie, at the moment there does not appear to be any connection between the 2 Duthie families and as I said in my previous message my Gray line has no connection with your Gray ancestor.
