Phoebe Ellen Duty was my great-great-grandmother and I have several pictures of her. She married four times and outlived three of her husbands. Her father Joseph Duty divorced her mother Christina Martha Davis and married Sarah K. Boyce, the sister of Jasper Boyce who was married to Landora Duty. (He married his son-in-law's sister). Joseph then had at least 7 children by Sarah Boyce. They were: Sidney, Laura May, Ebenezer, Janet, Joseph Jr., Herbert, Kraft. I have additional info on them if you want it. I also have a photo that is supposedly of Joseph Duty in a Confederate Cavalry uniform. If interested contact me directly at:
