My name is Barbara Thomas. I am working on the Thomas family from Granville County North Carolina. Philip Thomas from Charles County Maryland purchased land in Granville County in 1793. He died in January 1794 with children, Robert W. Thomas (my line), John Thomas who married Susannah Duty on October 16, 1898 in Granville County North Carolina and George Thomas. Daughters were Susannah Thomas and Rebecca Thomas. I am related to your family. I lost contact of John Thomas and Susannah Thomas in March 18, 1816 when John and Susannah Thomas sold their portion of land from her father Richard Duty. William Scott next of kin to Philip Thomas was also involved in the estate of Richard Duty there was some land called Hico Planation. Can you help me find John Thomas and Susannah Duty Thomas?
