OK, there has been Duty's that are linked to the wrong Duty's posted in Rootsweb, etc., and it has taken me a while to link the correct ones. But as far as I can tell I can go back to Thomas Duty and Ann Littleton. They are the parents of the brothers of the southern branch. Richard, Thomas, Matthew and William. I descend from Matthew who was married to Amy Ballard. There are so many William's, Matthew's, and Richard's, it is quite a bit confusing.
