Amanda Evelyn DUTY, daughter of Joseph Duty and Louisa Turner, was born 1 Sep 1833 in Webberville, Travis, Texas, and died 12 Dec 1917 in Stockton, San Joaquin, California. She was buried 13 Dec 1917 in Tehachapi, Kern, California. She married John Moore BRITE 22 Nov 1849 in Texas, son of Henry BRITE and Elizabeth (Betsy) G MOORE. He was born 9 Aug 1822 in Callaway, Missouri, and died 30 Apr 1892 in Tehachapi, Kern, California.

Louisa TURNER, daughter of Winslow Turner II and Mary Elizabeth (Williams) Williams, was born 8 Feb 1812 in Upper Cuivre, St. Charles District, Missouri Territory, and died 31 May 1896 in Homested near Webberville, TX. She is buried in J.J. Manor Hill Cemetery, Travis Co., Texas. She married Joseph DUTY 16 Jan 1829 in Columbus, Texas, son of Soloman Duty and Susannah Whitmore. He was born 6 Mar 1801 in Tennessee, and died 11 Sep 1855 in Webberville, Travis, Texas. He was buried in Manor Cemetery, Webberville, Texas.
