Looking for David Duty born ABT 1858. Show that he was born in Sand Lick,Buchanan, Virginia. He later moved to Louisa, Lawrence Kentucky. His parents were Lemuel Duty Born 1810 in Russell, Virginia and died in 1881 Lawrence, Kentucky and Mary Polly Fields born about 1808 in Russell Virginia died in Pike, Kentucky 1874. David Married Sarah Josephine Hunt and she was born about 1860 in Kentucky. Their children William H Duty born about 1877, Margaret Duty Born abut 1879, Levicia Duty born about 1880, James Garfield Duty Born about 1882, Tisha Duty born 1885, Harrison Duty born about 1889. Tisha Duty was my great grandmother, I need any information I can get on this family. It shows that Josephine remarried in the 1900 Census to a Andrew Daniels but I don't know what happened to David. Tishie Duty married William H. Perkey in 1906 and had several children one being my grandmother Gladys Perkey Mollette. I would love to find out when Lutisha (Tishie) Duty Perkey died and where she was buried. I know that she died when she was 41 or 42 years old from TB and they think buried at Van Lear Kentucky but not for sure where. She was living in Martin County KY when she died. Hope someone can give me some information Please. Thanks Patty pnale@insightbb.com
