Hi Darryl

I was on the internet & was trying to find out info about my family & came across your site. As you can guess I am a Diable.......I know that my great grandfather name was Christopher Joseph Diable & he imigrated to Australia around 1927-1928 from England - he lived in either Liverpool or Birkenhead. He died on the 27/6/1971 aged 68 - born around 1903!!!

He married Lillian Doris (nee Hummerston) and they had four children:
Ivy (now Ibbotson)
Thelma (now Flanagan)
Jack Frederick (my grandfather)
Christopher James

My father is Stephen Frederick Diable born 19-8-49 & myself (born 15-6-75) & my brother Stephen Paul Diable (born 28-4-77).

I hope that this information helps & if you need anymore info my Great Aunt Ivy maybe able to assist - I think she has done some research into our family history.

Also, according to my dad there is a few Diable's in the US - as my great grandfather had a few brothers & they imigrated to different parts of the world.

Let me know

Nicole Diable
