Which of Westley Dye's sons was killed in the Civil War?

My gGF David Turner Dye, son of WW Dye was in the war and left after his brother was killed and became a Civil War chaplain. He had an older brother John M Dye and a younger brother Martin Evander Dye. Note there are 2 Martin Evander Dyes, both in the war. The older one b. 1832 was a brother to Westley and Westleys son was b. 1846. I can't find the younger one b. 1846 after the war. He isn't listed as a casualty. Can they have missed any of them? Anyone have any more info?
