No not directly. Winfield Scott, SR from the George W. Dyess line and Henry O (Jr Sr? are from the Thomas line. Most of the Winfiled Scott line moved to South alabama, where as (Most) of the Thomas line lived in Henry Co. before moving west to Texas and etc. George G. Dyess (Thomas Line) did move to Coffee Co. There are Brights that married into the Winfield Scott (George W.) Line. Since this is about as clear as mudd, I will try to attach a llist of Winfield Scott's descedants. I dont know if Genforum will allow attachments - will try. If not will email directly.
