James D. (Delaney?) Dyke/Dyche, Greene Co TN 1800s

Need any information about James D. Dyche/Dyke (born about 1817), said to be son of Henry Dyche (Esquire or Jr? - born about 1780 in VA). Information in Janette Dyche Fitch's book "Dyche Families of America" says that James D. Dyche was married at least twice, first to a Maryann Williams and later to a Louisa Dugan. The book indicates that Maryann died in 1840 and is buried in Tellico Plains, Tennessee and that this information came from Bible records. Does anyone know who has those bible records? Would like to know the whereabouts of this James D. Dyche after 1840.
