jane dyke (cheeseman 1831) can be found on census 1851(janes Dyke)
living with james reeves and mary ann dyke his wife, with jesse reeves their sonin heverham kemsing kent england.
she is niece of mary ann dykedaughter of john cheeseman1806-1846+ ann 1801 1862
they went to school at the same time kemsing jane was a charwoman
she married richard cheeseman pregnant.and travelled to canadathe royal oak is a prominent local inn in sevenoaks.
interestingly mary ann dyke became insane after having 10 children in 20 years and died by suicide in maidstone asylum and janewent to victoriaand was very sucessfull
quite a contrast.
