After extra years of searching, and thankfully Warwick Parish records becoming available in more detail. I've since updated the old data.
Thomas Dyke and Ann nee Blackford were the great aunt and uncle of Elizabeth Simmonds nee Dyke (born 1800). The confusion came about because siblings Thomas and William Dyke married siblings Ann and Elizabeth Blackford.
William and Elizabeth's son Samuel was the father of Elizabeth Simmonds nee Dyke.. Her mother was Eleanor Carnall.
