In researching my Hudson line, I have come across intermarriages to variations of this surname for the Cumberland County area. I would be interested in hearing from anyone connected to John W. Hudson and Mary Jane Dykens, Mary Elizabeth Hudson and Thomas Dykens (son of Hanley and Mary Dykens), Isobella Hudson and Joseph Gates Dykens, Caroline Dykens and Robert Ludlow Hudson, Maggie Hudson and George A. Dikens, Grace Hudson and Stanley P. Dikens (sisters married brothers). A telling feature in links to these is the high occurrence of twins.
