The 1911 census for Bellshill there were two sets of Dymonds. The youngest couple William John Dymond (23) and Mary who, with further searches were married in 1910 and her maiden name was Cameron. William John Dymond (miner) died in Bellshill in 1938 and his wives were listed as Mary Cameron and Jean Burnside ( No.2). His death was registered by his son H Dymond of 275 Main Street, Bellshill.

William John Dymond's parents were Hamilton Dymond and Sarah Boyce which is a reasonable indication of Hamilton being a family name. Hamilton the father died in 1939 aged 79 (Parents Edward Dymond/Rose Thompson) and advised by his grandson John Morrison - Elizabeth's son from Thomas Morrison (m 1912). She died 1983.
