Hi, Linda..I think we have talked before. Anyway, I have Rufus as being the son of Benjamin and Mary Eachus. Benjamin was born in Goshen, Clearfield, PA in 1759. I have no dates or maiden name on Mary. Benjamin and Mary had Rufus, Phineas, born 1788, died 1856; Benjamin, born about 1795; and three daughters, unknown names.
I have Rufus as being born in 1783, married Mary Crinkleton in 1815 in Franklin Co., PA. Rufus died June 28, 1846 in Gallia Co.,OH. Rufus and Mary had the following children:

Rufus married a second time to Nancy Sullavan. Their children were:

I would be VERY interested in the obituary of Martha Campbell Eachus, as I have her parents as Elijah F. Campbell and Nancy Sawyers.
