Hi Yvonne
Elizabeth didn't actually marry Charlie Deram as far as I know. I believe they just lived together and they had two children, a girl named Elise who died as a four year old and Charles Jr. The Charles Deram Jr that you found must be Charles Jr the 3rd as the second Charles Deram was born in 1890 so there is no way he would have still be alive in 1969. Charles, the son of Elizabeth and Charles, actually changed his surname to Durham but may very well have changed it back to Deram. My guess is that the lady buried with him was his wife.
The information I have for Elizabeth, her husband David STINTON and then partners Luke JEFFREY and Charles DERAM and their offspring, came from family members and descendants. Dates and other information came from vital records. My father was born in 1908 and actually knew both Elizabeth and Charlie Deram.
Just as a matter of interest, it was also known in the family that Elizabeth harboured the well known WA bushranger Moondyne Joe...
Anything you turn up is always appreciated.
Regards
Chris
