Thank you for your interest and response. Mary is probably related as all Eacott/Ecott etc it would appear are the same family. The earliest Eacott I have is my grx4 grandfather Edward Eacott who was born abt 1738 and died in Sutton Veny, Wiltshire in 1783. I cannot find where Edward was born so therefore do not know the name of his parents or siblings. Did you go through the Parish records to find your Mary? If you have any information on Mary's family (going back), it may be that the link I am looking for is in Bratton.
