I. Maybe someone can prove this? We think John Edens b. 1692 which got 525 acres of land in Spotsylvania Va, m. Eliz. ___in 1715. had
II. John Eddins/Eden b. 1716 new Kent Co. VA d. after 1773.
III. Rev. James Eden/Eddins abt. 1743 Culpepper Co. VA d. after 1800 Carter Co. TN m. Martha Chastain 1771 probablly in Buckingham Co. VA. James buried Big Spring, Carter Co. unmarked grave in Eden grave cem. on home place.
Martha Chastain's father was Peter Chastain in VA. She had a brother named Rene and three more that went west with the Indians to OK. Peter's dad was Pierre Chastain the Emigrant.
