Terry, I'm sorry, I have no listed source or surname for Francis, but most of what I have came from the site with Davenport Research. I'll have to check thru the newer data to see if I have the source. There were so many inconclusive things about Thomas Baily Eads, Sr. being our Isham's father, that I hadn't pursued this line any further. The only other data I have for Thomas, Sr. is this: From Davenport Researchers and the Spotsylvania, Virginia Will Book L, Index- E and F. When the parents--Thomas B. & Sarah "Sallie's"-- estate was divided in 1823 (after their Mother's death), Thomas, John, Martin, Burkett, Boswell Eads and Thomas Graves (husb. of dau. Mary Edds) were all living in Harrison County, Kentucky. Boswell was the Administrator. Thomas Bailey Edds, Sr. inherited the tract of land he was living on from his father--Joseph--plus two negroes: Jacob and Stephen. He moved to Rockcastle and Pulaski Counties, Kentucky about 1811 with his older sons: William, John, Thomas, Jr., and Isham. I will have to dig a little on this and see what I can find. I haven't worked on the Eads line since last winter, so I may have something that hasn't been entered in my cp. Will see what I can find. What a great Christmas present it would be to break down some of these brick walls. <grin> Will let you know what I find. Hope you'll do so too. Thanks, Judy Notify Administrator about this message?
