Hi All
I am trying to find out any information about my father's arrival in Australia and return to Kettering England.
His name is Alfred Samuel Eady born 5th November 1905 in England.
I know he sailed on the ship "Orontes" of the "Orient Line" on 13th October 1949 as a "single passage".
I have tried to no avail to find an address for the Orient Line offices over here in England. Also numerous people in Australia to seek his arrival there which I think was at Sydney.
If anyone of you can give me guidance or help find this information required i would be enourmously indebted to you.
