I learned some more:
My grandparents were Victor and Grace Walter Eager. Victor's parents names were Joseph and Lillian Fryberger Eager. They had 10 children-Victor, Charles, Melvin, William, Raymond, Esther, Mabel, Carol, Lillian, and Ruby. Victor married Grace Walter and had 5 boys-Richard, David, Jim, Barry, and Donald. Charles married Delores Walter and had Rose, Diane, Linda, Charles Jr., Jack, Dennis and Shirley. Melvin married Patricia Muckle. William (Shorty-a banjo player now living in Georgia) married Ruth Wyatt and had Scott, Steve and Sheila, then married Elaine. Raymond married Mildred Blimline and had Susan, Raymond Jr., Beverly, Cindy, and some adopted children whose names I don't have. Esther married Stuart Meck and had Bruce, Brian, Cassandra, and Bret. Mabel married Marvin Kachel and had Johnny, Lester, Louis, Davey, Marvin Jr., Kenny, Thomas, Joyce, Nancy, Dawn, Mabel, and 1 more child whose name I don't know. Carol married Richard Jenks and had no children, then she married Johnny Frankhouser and adopted 2 children whose names I don't know. Lillian (Polly) married Richard Messner and had Larry and Dory. Ruby married Cornelius (Barney) Fryberger and had Robert, Russel, and Randy.
I don't have their children's names but I'm sure many of them have children in their teens and twenties (perhaps even thirties). I'm working on this now. Also working on finding out who my greatgrandfather's mother and father. were.
