William married Elizabeth SINCLAIR in 1822 in Edinburgh.
In 1851 they were living in Lewisham near London. Their son John EAGLE (my greatgrandfather) was born 1833 in London. Sarah 1834 in Birmingham and Isabell 1837 in Birmingham.
William was a artist a painter of historical paintings. In 1881 census he was widower aged 82 lodging in London.
Anyone with connections to these people I would love to hear from you or can help with William's birth.
