Patricia, If you are descended from Philip Eagle, then you are a descendant of Marcus Eagle which came from Switzerland sometime in the early part of the 1700's. His wife was already dead and he came to Pennsylvania with four children. They were Adam Eagle, which you would be descended from,and I am also He was my 5th great grandfather. Adam had a son named George Eagle, and he had on named Phiip, which you are descended from. Anyway they ended up in North Carolina, but late some migrated to Tennessee and Arkansas, and Texas. If you get this let me know. I can provide you with much information. I was born in Rowan County, NC, and I have also migrated.
