I am looking for at least three documented, direct-paternal-line American or Canadian descendants of John EAGLES/EAGELL of Horton, Nova Scotia (b. circa 1750 unknown) to participate in an ancestral Y-DNA study. I am also looking for persons currently living in the UK with this surname to participate. The participants need to be male with the surname EAGLES/EAGELL or its variants. The purpose is to determine from which English line of EAGLES/EAGELL that the immigrant John descended. If anyone is interested in participating, please contact me.
