I am looking for information on the family of Betheniah Eagles who was born approximately 1760 in either New Brunswick or Nova Scotia. She married Gilbert Corey who was born in Sept 1760 in Westchester County, New York who left there as a Loyalist and came to New Brunswick. His father was Griffin Corey and mother was Sarah Corey(Smith). Betheniah and Gilbert married in approximately 1795 as their first son was born in 1796. Their children were: John, Elizabeth, Sarah, James, Hannah, Gilbert and William.
Bethenia and Gilbert Corey were my 4th great grandparents, and although I have tons of information on my Corey line I am desperately lacking on any Eagles information. I do not know who her parents were or where she came from.
Anyone with any information please contact me. Any help is much appreciated.
