I have been doing my family's geneology since my grandfather, Cleland passed away. I have a family crest he got ahold of. Also I have been doing some research on the net. I have come across a village in England named Eagley. It is in greater manchester. I was wondering if you had any information on it such as, why was the village named after our name, etc. A reply would be greatly appreicative.
