He was called Y.Y. Eaker. As far as I know he wasn't an outlaw. He was the father of General Ira Eaker. There is a lot of info about Ira on the internet. Young Eaker was born in Fieldcreek, TX, Llano County. I don't know the year. He died in Brady, TX and is buried there. Surely there can't be two Young Eakers, that's a very unusual name. He was my dad's great uncle. My dad talked about his Uncle Will, who broke out of jail. There were a lot of funny stories dad told about Uncle Will.
