I show that your gfather Wiley Dalton Eakes was a son of John Thomas Eakes and Loretta Jennings who married Dec 3, 1888 probably in Wilson County, TN. Wiley Dalton is buried Rose Hill Cem. Chickasaw OK
Wiley Dalton Eakes' father, John Thomas Eakes, was b. abt 1866 and died Mar 31, 1931 at Mt. Vernon, TN? Loretta died in Statesville, TN and John Thomas then married his 2nd wife Lucy Bess Thompson.
John Thomas Eakes was a son of Woodson Eakes and Rebecca Ann Clay. I will fill in the other children etc. and perhaps you can fill in some blanks for me, if you are interested and wish to email me at vhull@aol.com
