Here are some corrections for your website. I have put in parentheses what should be changed, so that wrong info does not keep going out to people.
Correction #1:
1. DAVID1 EAKIN was born Abt. 1784 in Ireland, and died September 07, 1854 in Cherokee cty. Tx. He married MARY MAC INTIRE 1811 in Ireland.
Children of DAVID EAKIN and MARY MAC INTIRE are:
(xv. AMANDA JANE EAKIN, b. 1838.)
[Per last email, I don't think this Amanda Jane is a child of David & Mary...per census record that I copied, Amanda Jane is daughter of Rebecca (oldest child of David & Mary) and Absolom Sheppard. For this Amanda Jane to be a child of David & Mary, Mary would have been 52 to have had her....and I don't think that was possible back in those days]
Correction #2:
5. ROBERT JAMES2 EAKIN (DAVID1) was born September 10, 1826 in Pauldon Jasper, Ms., and died January 18, 1891 in Falls, Tx. He married (AMANDA JANE STEADHAM) September 21, 1860 in Van Zandt, Tx..
[should be STIDHAM]

(Carson and Leila Dorrell were my grandparents...so I know this for a fact.)
