My son is burried in Eakins cemetary. My husbands family is also burried there. I did the research and got Eakins cemetary a Tx state historical Marker. This is What I know about her and I do know where in the cemetary she is burried. Sarah Eakins became a bride of 11? she married a charles sandifer on 12-24-1845. Some years later she became a widow and soon remarried to William Sandifer on 1-6-1852. 2 years later they had a son whom they named Noah. Sarah became a widow a 2nd time and that is when her and she small son came to Denton conty Tx later part of 1855. After settleing in Ponder she met and married WH Thomason and had several children. She is burried next to him and they are in the white fenced in area of the cemetary. I hope this helps and if you need or want any more info I will try to help.

PS do you anything about a Angelina Katie Raborn? She was the 1st person burried at the cemetary that the Eakins donated the land for..
