Does anyone have a relative with this name? He probably isn't living anymore, as the photos of him during the 1940's look as though he was about 35 then. He was a really good friend of my family (Robert Heck) in San Diego, where Carl was stationed during WWII. After he went home to TX, they corresponded for a time, but lost touch. My sister and brother used to call him "Captain Kidd" -- don't know the story behind that. I have some photos, as I said before, and would be glad to share them with his relatives. Pam Robinson
