Info for descendants of Noah and Susan Ann Edwards Eakins

A recently published book, "So Close from Home, the Legend of Brownsboro Road" by Lynn Renau, contains a great deal of information on Frederick Edwards and George Rudy who settled in eastern Jefferson county, Kentucky in 1784 and 1795. Both men were grandfathers of Susan Ann Edwards Eakins, who moved with her husband, Noah, and children to Denton co TX about 1858. Any descendants of theirs would be well advised to purchase a copy of this very well written 516 page social history on the families who settled in the area that became the city of Windy Hills. It is only available through Locust Grove Historic Home. Their website is: http://locustgrove.org/museumstorebooks.html There were a limited number of copies printed. It is expected there will not be another printing as the author's husband died unexpectedly 2 weeks after the book was published. Anyone desiring more family information can contact me. I'd be happy to share Edwards and Rudy data as Susan Ann was a sister of my greatgrandfather, Jacob Rudy Edwards.
