Looking for info on Minnie Eakle, b. ?, d. ?. She married John Coulter/Colter (who was b. abt 1871) before 1895 (not sure when). They had 1 child I know of, Sam Coulter, my mother's 1/2 bro. Minnie Eakle was listed as Sam's mother on his SS5 when he applied for SSN. Different sources list Sam as born 1895-1900. Minnie died or she & John were divorced before 1918, that is when John married my gm, Nanacy Bell Kelly Jenkins. Sam gave birthplace as Red Boiling Springs, TN (some relatives say Spivey Springs). There is another possible child of John & MInnie, John R Coulter. On the 1920 Smith Co TN census, John is listed as being married to my gm, Nancy, with her children from her first marriage. There is also John R Coulter, 2 1/2 yr old, listed as his son (& maybe Minnie's). I'm not sure how many times John Coulter was married, one source says 8x's to 7 different women (he married 1 2x's). So the only child I know for sure is Minnie's is Sam. Would appreciate any info on Minnie & her family. Thanks in advance.
