As I stated in my post, the only child I have knowledge of for J. B. EAKLE and Lillian FREEMAN is Gertrude who married my PIERCE. I have not looked for J. B. EAKLE in the 1900 census. I know he died in Contra Costa Co., CA in 1908, but don't know in what town. As there is no 1900 census index online, I'm not inclined to search all towns in Contra Costa.

I posted what data I had on the EAKLE ancestry. Have nothing more.
