Hi Jerry,
I just found this site.
My Grandfather was Joseph Andrew Eakle, b. March 24, 1880, in Monroe County, Kentucky, which borders Tennessee. He died June 8, 1944 and is buried at Maple Grove General Baptist Church in Allen County, Kentucky.

His Father, my g grand father was John Henry Eakle, b. Nov. 1854, Place unk. d. Jan 28, 1925, Monroe County, Kentucky. Buried at the cemetery in Gamaliel, Ky.

His father, my gg Grandfather was Henry Eakle
b. abt 1830, place unk.

Would appreciate any information you have that would tie me in.
