Here is a goody for you sharp genealogists! John P Earhart was born in Lexington County SC in 1815. Later moved to Coosa County,AL. Then to Fayette County, AL. In the 1880 Federal Census for Fayette County in his family is listed WADE L THOMPSON,GRANDSON, born 1879.Being a grandson to John P means one of his daughters married a Thompson. Do any of you have that daughter, OR ANY information on Thompson living in Fayette County around 1880, who could have been the father of Wade L Thompson? This has been VERY dificult. ANY information will be greatly appreciated.
