I differ with your acount somewhat. On what basis do you conclude that Henry Easterday was born in Monroe County. Our records have no information which would support that assertion. I do know that the census records has him married and living with his father in the county adjacent to White County in 1880. All of the records I have seen or obtained have Henry born in northern Indiana. There is a record in the family Bible that he was born in 1860; however, the Indiana records and census records have him born in 1861. If there was anyway possible I could send you a copy of the birth records from the Bible.
