"Colonel Ebey" "Hessian soldier"

On the Internet I found an obscure list of Hessian military troops involved in the Revolutionary War which listed a "Colonel Eby". Key words to input to find it besides listing "Colonel Eby" are "Anspach" and 'Waldeck" He is listed with the Amboy, New Jersey Garrison and under that the 55th Regiment of Foot; An Anspach Regiment, and The Waldeck Regiment. They were, of course, on the side of the British.

Any clues where this Eby fits in? I can find no other mention of him so wonder what happened to him. Any history experts out there who can track this one down?
